Abstract
A system capable of improving an evaluation accuracy of an outcome of hemodialysis treatment is provided. A peak value of a concentration of a designated substance is obtained according to a kinetic model based on treatment information including a clearance of a dialyzer used for hemodialysis treatment of a patient in a designated period, a time of the hemodialysis treatment for each session and the number of times of the hemodialysis treatment, and a body fluid volume of the patient. An outcome of the hemodialysis treatment for the patient in the designated period is evaluated based on an HDP or an sf−Kt/V corresponding to the peak value.

A hemodialysis treatment assistance system configured to obtain a peak value of a concentration of a designated substance according to a kinetic model based on treatment information including a clearance of a dialyzer used for hemodialysis treatment of a patient in a designated period, a time of the hemodialysis treatment for each session and the number of times of the hemodialysis treatment in the designated period, and a body fluid volume of the patient, and evaluate an outcome of the hemodialysis treatment for the patient in the designated period based on an HDP or an sf−Kt/V corresponding to the peak value.
