Abstract
Described are compositions comprising isolated GXM and methods of using the compositions for increasing permeability of the blood brain barrier in a subject or increasing delivery of a molecule to the central nervous system of a subject.

A method of increasing delivering a molecule to the central nervous system (CNS) of a subject comprising administering the molecule to the subject in combination with isolated glucuronoxylomannan (GXM).
A method of increasing permeability of the blood brain barrier in a subject comprising administering to the subject isolated GXM.
A composition for delivery of a molecule to the CNS comprising the molecule and a pharmaceutically effective dose of isolated GXM.
A pharmaceutical combination comprising a therapeutic molecule and an isolated GXM.
