Abstract
The present invention relates to the combination of anti-CD3 agent, in particular monoclonal antibody, with immunotherapeutic agents, and its use in oncology, for treating T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL). The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said combination and the use of said combination to induce cell death of T-ALL cells.
Claims21
A method of treating T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL) comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an anti-CD3 agent in combination with at least one immunotherapeutic agent.
A pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL), comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a anti-CD3 agent, at least one immunotherapeutic agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein the anti-CD3 agent is a small organic molecule, a polypeptide, an aptamer, an oligonucleotide, or an antibody, and wherein the immunotherapeutic agent comprises a monoclonal antibody targeting at least one target selected from the group consisting of:
- PD1, 4-1BB, OX40, PDL1, TRAIL, TNFR1, TNFR2, TNFα/LTα, CD30, CD38 and CTLA4.
A pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL), comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-CD3 agent, at least one immunotherapeutic agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein said anti-CD3 agent is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) selected from the group consisting of:
- foralumab, teplizumab, otelixizumab, visilizumab, blinatumomab, and catumaxomab and combinations thereof, and said immunotherapeutic agent is selected from the group consisting of:
- anti4-1BB agonistic mAb;
- an anti-OX40 agonistic mAb;
- an anti-PD1 antagonistic mAb;
- an anti-PDL1 antagonistic mAb;
- anti-TRAIL agonistic mAb;
- anti-TNFR1 antagonistic mAb;
- anti-TNFR2 antagonistic mAb;
- an anti-TNFα/LTα antagonistic mAb;
- an anti-CD30 mAb;
- and an anti-CTLA4 mAb, and combinations thereof.
