A food product composition includes an active ingredient comprising a food allergen protein, and one or more inactive ingredients comprising food ingredients. The food product comprises a predefined dosage of the active ingredient. A method of treating, preventing, and getting proactive about one or more food allergies includes providing a therapeutically effective, prevention effective, and proactively effective amount of a food product to a subject in need thereof, and the food product includes one or more active ingredient comprising a food allergen protein, and one or more non-active ingredients comprising food ingredients. The food product comprises a predefined dosage of the active ingredient.
