Abstract
Use of sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide in the preparation of drugs for treating atopic dermatitis. In the sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide, the average number of sulfate groups per sugar residue is 0.5-3; the dosage form of the drug for treating atopic dermatitis includes, but is not limited to, a topical solution or a cream; and the drug for treating atopic dermatitis is administered by topical application.

A method for treating atopic dermatitis, comprising administering a drug comprising sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide to a subject in need, wherein the sulfated gluco-galactooligosaccharide has a structural formula:
- and wherein, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R22, R23 and R24 are independently SO3− or H, but are not all H.
