Abstract
Provided are methods and compositions for the treatment of cancer. The methods comprise administering to a subject an HDAC inhibitor and an immunotherapeutic. In certain instances the immunotherapeutic is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell, an antibody or polypeptide that binds a checkpoint inhibitor, or a vaccine.
Claims10
A method for reducing FoxP3+, CD4+T regulatory (Treg) cell populations in an individual in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the individual a therapeutically effective amount of a class 1 Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor, wherein the HDAC inhibitor comprises (2-(6-{[(6-Fluoroquinolin-2-yl)methyl]amino}-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-yl)-N-hydroxypyrimidine-5-carboxamide, thereby reducing FoxP3+, CD4+Treg cell populations in the individual.
