Abstract
Provided are methods and compositions for the treatment of cancer. The methods comprise administering to a subject an HDAC inhibitor and an immunotherapeutic agent. In certain instances the immunotherapeutic is an NK cell or a chimeric antigen receptor NK cell.
Claims21
A method for treating a cancer in an individual in need thereof comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of:
- a) an HDAC inhibitor, wherein the HDAC inhibitor inhibits a Class I HDAC;
- and
- b) an immunotherapeutic agent, wherein the immunotherapeutic agent comprises an NK cell.
