Abstract
Provided herein are methods and pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer, in a patient in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of an EGFR inhibitor and a TNF inhibitor.

A method for treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, said method comprising administering to said patient an effective amount of an EGFR inhibitor and one or more additional inhibitors selected from the group consisting of a JNK inhibitor, an ERK inhibitor, and an AXL inhibitor.
A method of treating a tumor resistant to EGFR inhibition in a patient in need thereof, comprising administering to said patient an agent that inhibits EGFR activity in combination with an agent that inhibits activity of one or more selected from the group consisting of JNK activity, ERK activity, and AXL activity.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of an EGFR inhibitor and one or more additional inhibitors selected from the group consisting of a JNK inhibitor, an ERK inhibitor, and an AXL inhibitor.
