Manufacturing apparatus cuts part of an elastic member to weaken it after a continuous stretchable sheet is formed by laminating the elastic member between a pair of sheets. This reduces delamination or separation between the elastic member and the sheets. The apparatus includes a forming device and a cutting device. The forming device has an anvil roll and an ultrasonic horn, which joins the pair of sheets between itself and a first anvil roll protrusion to form a restricting part. The ultrasonic horn joins the elastic member and the pair of sheets between itself and a second anvil protrusion to form a fixed part. The cutting unit cuts the elastic member in the restricting part. In the restricting part, the sheets and the elastic member are not joined together, and the sheets restrict contraction of the elastic member when the elastic member is cut.
A stretchable sheet manufacturing device, comprising:
A stretchable sheet manufacturing device comprising a former configured to form a stretchable sheet continuous body in which a first sheet that is continuous, a second sheet that is continuous, and an elastic member that is continuous and disposed between the first sheet and the second sheet are integrated, wherein
A stretchable sheet manufacturing method, comprising:
A stretchable sheet manufacturing method comprising a forming step in which a first sheet that is continuous, a second sheet that is continuous, and an elastic member that is continuous and is disposed between the first sheet and the second sheet are integrated to form a stretchable sheet continuous body, wherein the forming step includes:
A wearable article comprising a stretchable sheet, wherein:
