An integrated cold plunge therapy system comprising: a hydro-circulation subsystem with single or multiple pump configurations and directional nozzles; an ice-forming cooling mechanism using thermally conductive coils coupled to a closed-loop refrigeration circuit; a multi-wavelength light therapy subsystem including infrared, red, green, blue, and ultraviolet emitters in waterproof configurations; sound therapy subsystem with liquid-coupled transducers for acoustic stimulation and ice management; and a caster wheel mobility system available in integrated and detachable attachment embodiments. The system is operable via manual or digital controls. An intelligent controller incorporating machine learning or artificial intelligence receives pre-session and real-time biomarker data from wearable sensors and dynamically adjusts all subsystem parameters—including liquid temperature, ice formation rate, circulation intensity, light emission wavelength and power, and acoustic frequency—to deliver personalized, safe, and adaptive cold plunge therapy. The controller supports biometric authentication, voice interfaces, remote clinician access, cloud-based multi-device coordination, and safety override functions.
