Abdominal support belt and back support member

An abdominal support belt for a pregnant user, comprising:

• a waist support portion configured to extend across a waist area of the pregnant user and along both lateral sides of the pregnant user when worn;
• a back support member disposed on the waist support portion, the back support member including at least one support strip extending along a height direction of the abdominal support belt when worn;
• and
• an abdominal support portion connected to the waist support portion, configured to be positioned over an abdominal area of the pregnant user when worn;
• wherein the abdominal support portion comprises a first strap and a second strap respectively extending along both lateral sides of the waist support portion, the first strap and the second strap being detachably connected, the length of the first strap is greater than the length of the second strap, the first strap comprises a side panel and an abdominal panel, the side panel extending along a lateral side of the pregnant user's abdomen when worn, the abdominal panel extending along the pregnant user's abdomen when worn, and in an unfolded state of the abdominal support belt, the abdominal panel extends with a downward curvature relative to the side panel, such that when worn, the abdominal panel is configured to provide an upward lifting force to a protruding abdomen of the pregnant user.
