A method includes receiving a plurality of images of vessels obtained from different viewing angles relative to the vessels. In each image and for a first of the vessels, a distance of different points along the first vessel relative to a reference location at the first vessel is determined, and in each image, and at each of the different points, a parameter of the first vessel for blood flow through the first vessel is determined. This provides, for each image, a data sequence indicating the parameter relative to a distance to the reference location. A sequence alignment of the data sequences obtained for the plurality of images is carried out, providing aligned data sequences. An aggregated representation of the first vessel is determined based on the aligned data sequences, and a flow parameter is determined for the first vessel from the aggregated representation.
