System and method for training a model to monitor health parameters

A health monitoring system, comprising:

• a monitoring device that includes one or more transmit antennas configured to transmit radio-frequency (RF) analyte signals into a user suitable for detecting an analyte in the user, and one or more receive antennas configured to detect reflected RF analyte signals that result from the RF analyte signals transmitted into the user, the analyte comprises one or more of a polar molecule and an ionizable molecule;
• an analog-to-digital converter connected to the one or more receive antennas, the analog-to-digital converter receiving the detected RF analyte signals detected by the one or more receive antennas and converting the detected RF analyte signals to digital RF analyte signals;
• and
• a randomized frequency generator connected to the one or more transmit antennas that generates the RF analyte detection signals having randomized frequencies selected to provide relaxation time for the one or more of the polar molecule and the ionizable molecule, wherein the randomized frequency generator is configured to generate the transmitted RF analyte signals having randomized frequencies based on an input frequency range and an input frequency-time event;
• and
• a processor configured to isolate a blood pressure level of a target blood vessel from the digital RF analyte signals and output the blood pressure level.
