The present invention relates to an endoscope (20, 220, 320). The endoscope (20, 220, 320) comprises a base module (22, 622). The base module (22, 622) comprises a housing (24, 624) and control electronics (26, 626), wherein the housing (24, 624) encloses the control electronics (26, 626). Further, the endoscope (20, 220, 320) comprises a handling module (28, 628, 828, 928, 1028) configured to make the base module (22, 622) handleable and comprising a main body (30, 630, 830, 930, 1030) that defines an accommodation space (32, 632, 832, 932, 1032) for the base module (22, 622). To establish a handleable state, the base module (22, 622) is introducible into the accommodation space (32, 632, 832, 932, 1032) of the handling module (28, 628, 828, 928, 1028) by a user. Further, the handling module (28, 628, 828, 928, 1028) and the base module (22, 622) together form a securing mechanism (34, 634, 834, 934, 1034) by means of which the housing (24, 624) is releasably securable to the handling module (28, 628, 828, 928, 1028).
Endoscope (20, 220, 320), comprising:
Endoscope (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the securing mechanism (34, 634) comprises a pretensioned and/or pretensionable pretensioning element (36, 636).
Endoscope (20) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the securing mechanism (34, 634, 834, 934, 1034) comprises a holding element (38, 638, 838, 938, 1038) which is configured to releasably secure the housing (24, 624) to the handling module (28, 628, 828, 928, 1028) by engaging behind it.
Endoscope (20) according to any one of the preceding claims,
Endoscope (320) according to any one of the preceding claims,
