Abstract

A system and method for extracting clinically relevant information from endoscopic videos and images are provided. The system processes imaging data obtained from an endoscope to identify anatomical structures and pathological features within an anatomical cavity. Image data are analyzed to determine quantitative parameters including size, shape, contour, and spatial relationships of anatomy and pathology. The system generates measurement data and anatomical representations that may be used to support diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. In some embodiments, artificial intelligence models are applied to perform feature extraction, segmentation, and analysis of endoscopic imaging outputs. The extracted information is used to guide device placement, navigation, and treatment within the anatomical cavity. The system may further provide outputs indicative of uterine conditions, including fibroids and abnormal bleeding, to assist clinical decision-making and improve procedural accuracy.
