Integrated coffee bean grinder and delivery mechanism for an automatic pour over coffee machine

A coffee ground delivery system for use with an automatic pour over coffee machine, the coffee ground delivery system comprising:

• a chamber defined by a sidewall extending from a proximal end to a distal end of the chamber, the distal end of the chamber including an opening;
• and
• a plunger disposed within the chamber, the plunger configured to translate within the chamber to push the coffee grounds through the opening;
• wherein the opening is positioned to dispense the coffee grounds into a basket of the automatic pour over coffee machine.

A transmission system for an automatic pour over coffee machine, the transmission system comprising:

• a plunger disposed within a chamber, the plunger configured to translate within the chamber to dispense coffee grounds from a distal end of the chamber;
• a nozzle configured to translate relative to a housing of the automatic pour over coffee machine to dispense heated water over the coffee grounds;
• and
• a shifting member operatively coupled to a travel mechanism, the shifting member configured to selectively engage one of the nozzle and the plunger to translate the one of the nozzle and the plunger along a common travel mechanism.
