Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an aerosol-generating material for use in an aerosol delivery system, comprising one or more aerosolisable components bound in a matrix, and one or more aerosolisable components that are not bound in said matrix. The present disclosure also relates to articles for use in non-combustible aerosol provision devices, comprising the aerosol-generating material, methods of manufacturing such materials and articles, and systems for providing an aerosol.
Claims24
An aerosol-generating material for use in an aerosol provision system, comprising:
- one or more aerosolisable components having a vapour pressure of greater than 8 Pa and/or a boiling point of below 180° C. bound in a matrix comprising one or more binders, wherein the one or more binders are selected to release the bound aerosolisable components upon heating to a target temperature;
- and
- one or more aerosolisable components having a vapour pressure of less than 8 Pa and/or a boiling point of above 180° C. that are not bound in said matrix.
