Abstract
In the application, a health food containing nuclear proteins (nucleic acids), collagen, and arginine. The nuclear proteins (nucleic acids) are a fish milt-derived extract containing DNA and an extract of yeast and the like containing RNA. The health food further contains magnesium carbonate, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid, zinc, citric acid, vitamin C, other vitamins, emulsifiers, and the like. The health food has an action of suppressing epidermal thickening and an action of suppressing a reduction in collagen in the dermis and the like or promoting an increase in collagen in the dermis and the like by ingesting it.
Claims10
