Abstract
A piping apparatus adapted to pipe creams is provided. The apparatus comprises a working surface for receiving the piped cream, the working surface defining a plane, said apparatus comprises one or more piping nozzles positioned along an arm extending over the working surface, the one or more nozzles being oriented towards said working surface, the arm is mounted on a moving system adapted to move the arm over working surface in at least one, and preferably two, directions parallel to the plane, and to move the arm in a direction perpendicular to the plane. The apparatus comprises a control means to control the timing of the piping of the cream through the one or more nozzles and/or the volume of the cream piped through the one or more nozzles.

A piping apparatus adapted to pipe creams, said apparatus comprises:
- a working surface for receiving the piped cream, the working surface defining a plane, said apparatus comprises one or more piping nozzles positioned along an arm extending over the working surface, the one or more nozzles being oriented towards said working surface, the arm is mounted on a moving system adapted to move the arm over working surface in at least one directions parallel to the plane, and to move the arm in a direction perpendicular to the plane, said apparatus comprises a control means to control the timing the piping of the cream and/or the volume of the cream piped through the one or more nozzles.
