Abstract
An electric working device includes a transmission assembly. The transmission assembly includes at least a gear set that externally meshes and a transmission housing for accommodating the gear set. The transmission housing further includes a guide member and a pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve is configured to adjust air pressure in the transmission housing. The guide member extends inward from a sidewall of the transmission housing along a circumferential direction of a largest gear with a maximum diameter and is disposed between the largest gear and the pressure relief valve.
Claims20
An electric mowing device, comprising:
- a vehicle frame;
- a traveling wheel set comprising a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel;
- a mowing mechanism at least partially disposed between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel, wherein the mowing mechanism comprises a blade and a cutting deck covering the blade;
- and
- a driving mechanism comprising a first motor having an output shaft and a transmission assembly connected between the first motor and the first driving wheel, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a gear set and a transmission housing for accommodating the gear set;
- wherein the transmission housing further comprises a guide member and a pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve adjusts air pressure in the transmission housing, the guide member guides a flow direction of a lubricating oil that lubricates at least the gear set in the transmission housing, and the guide member extends inward from a sidewall of the transmission housing along a circumferential direction of a largest gear with a maximum diameter of the gear set and is disposed between the largest gear and the pressure relief valve.
An electric working device, comprising:
- a vehicle frame;
- a traveling wheel set comprising a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel;
- a working mechanism at least partially disposed between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel;
- and
- a driving mechanism comprising a first motor having an output shaft and a transmission assembly connected between the first motor and the first driving wheel, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a gear set and a transmission housing for accommodating the gear set;
- wherein the gear set comprises a first gear subset that is driven by the output shaft and rotates about a first axis, a second gear subset that rotates about a second axis, and a third gear subset for transmitting power to the traveling wheel set, the second gear subset is staggered from the first gear subset and the third gear subset, the second gear subset, the first gear subset, and the third gear subset are arranged in a triangular shape, the gear set further comprises bearings to support rotations of shafts in the gear set, support portions for mounting the bearings are formed on the transmission housing, oil slots are provided on the support portions, and lubricating oil is disposed in the oil slots.
An electric mowing device, comprising:
- a vehicle frame;
- a traveling wheel set comprising a first driving wheel and a second driving wheel;
- a mowing mechanism at least partially disposed between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel, wherein the mowing mechanism comprises a blade and a cutting deck covering the blade;
- and
- a driving mechanism comprising a first motor having an output shaft and a transmission assembly connected between the first motor and the first driving wheel, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a gear set and a transmission housing for accommodating the gear set;
- wherein the gear set comprises bearings, support portions for mounting the bearings are formed on the transmission housing, and at least one of the support portions is provided with an oil slot so that lubricating oil in the transmission housing lubricates the bearings.
