Abstract
A light emitting device comprises a first electrode, a polaritonic hole transport layer (HTL) over the first electrode, an organic phosphor-sensitized fluorescent emissive layer (EML) over the polaritonic hole transport layer, a polaritonic electron transport layer over the EML, and a second electrode over the polaritonic electron transport layer (ETL).
Claims20
A light emitting device, comprising:
- a first electrode;
- a polaritonic hole transport layer (HTL) over the first electrode;
- an organic phosphor-sensitized fluorescent emissive layer (EML) over the polaritonic HTL;
- a polaritonic electron transport layer (ETL) over the EML;
- and
- a second electrode over the polaritonic ETL.
