Abstract
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing communication by a UE. The method comprises the steps of: transmitting a registration request message to a visited public land mobile network (VPLMN); receiving a registration reject message from the VPLMN, the registration reject message including roaming assistance information; and performing network selection on the basis of the roaming assistance information.

A method, comprising:
- transmitting, by a User Equipment (UE) to a Visited Public Land Mobile Network (VPLMN), a registration request message;
- receiving, by the UE from the VPLMN, a registration reject message;
- and
- wherein the registration reject message includes roaming assistant information,
- performing, by the UE, network selection, based on the roaming assistant information.
