Data Transmission Method and Apparatus

A data transmission method, wherein the method is applied to a terminal device, and comprises:

• sending second progress information of first service data, wherein the second progress information comprises information about a remaining data amount of the first service data and/or information about remaining time of the first service data;
• and
• receiving first acknowledgment information of the first service data from a first access network device, wherein the first acknowledgment information indicates whether an access network device is capable of completing transmission of the first service data, wherein
• when the first acknowledgment information indicates that the access network device is incapable of completing transmission of the first service data, the first acknowledgment information comprises information about a third data amount and/or information about third time, and the third data amount is a data amount that the second access network device is capable of completing within the third time.

An apparatus, comprising one or more processors in communications with a non-transitory memory storing computer instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to perform:

• sending first progress information of first service data of a terminal device to a second access network device, wherein the first progress information comprises information about a data amount of the first service data and/or information about time of the first service data;
• receiving acknowledgment information of the first service data from the second access network device, wherein the acknowledgment information indicates whether the second access network device is capable of completing transmission of the first service data;
• and
• sending first acknowledgment information of the first service data to the terminal device, wherein the first acknowledgment information indicates whether an access network device is capable of completing transmission of the first service data.

An apparatus, comprising one or more processors in communications with a non-transitory memory storing computer instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to perform:

• sending second progress information of first service data, wherein the second progress information comprises information about a remaining data amount of the first service data and/or information about remaining time of the first service data;
• and
• receiving first acknowledgment information of the first service data from a first access network device, wherein the first acknowledgment information indicates whether an access network device is capable of completing transmission of the first service data, wherein
• when the first acknowledgment information indicates that the access network device is incapable of completing transmission of the first service data, the first acknowledgment information comprises information about a third data amount and/or information about third time, and the third data amount is a data amount that the second access network device is capable of completing within the third time.
