User plane interruption time monitoring

A user equipment (UE) comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one memory including computer program code;
• the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the UE at least to perform:
• receiving a radio resource control reconfiguration (RRCReconfiguration) message from a network,
• wherein the RRCReconfiguration message comprises a configuration for monitoring, at the UE, user plane interruption time relating to a primary secondary cell (PSCell) change during a dual connectivity session,
• wherein the configuration comprises at least one indication of one or more parameters to be used, at the UE, for monitoring user plane interruption time associated with a dual connectivity split bearer;
• and
• measuring one or more user plane interruption times associated with the dual connectivity split bearer according to the indicated one or more parameters.
