Abstract
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing dynamic, prioritized spectrum utilization management. The system includes at least one monitoring sensor, at least one data analysis engine, at least one application, a semantic engine, a programmable rules and policy editor, a tip and cue server, and/or a control panel. The tip and cue server is operable utilize the environmental awareness from the data processed by the at least one data analysis engine in combination with additional information to create actionable data.
Claims20
A system for spectrum management in an radiofrequency (RF) environment comprising:
- a radio receiver front-end subsystem including a programmable channelizer configured to process measured data from the RF environment;
- at least one data analysis engine operable to analyze the processed data to create analyzed data;
- and
- at least one application in communication with the at least one data analysis engine operable to create actionable data based on the analyzed data;
- wherein the actionable data indicates at least one candidate change of configuration of a mobile network and/or at least one expected impact from the at least one candidate change of configuration of the mobile network.
A system for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- a programmable channelizer configured to process measured data from the electromagnetic environment to create processed data;
- at least one data analysis engine for analyzing the processed data to create analyzed data;
- and
- an application in communication with the at least one data analysis engine;
- wherein the programmable channelizer is configured to provide signal detection of at least one signal from the analyzed data;
- and
- wherein the application is operable to determine occupancy in at least one frequency band based on the analyzed data and/or the signal detection.
A method for spectrum management in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
- a programmable channelizer processing measured data from the electromagnetic environment to create processed data;
- analyzing the processed data using at least one data analysis engine to create analyzed data;
- and
- a survey occupancy application determining occupancy in at least one frequency band based on the analyzed data.
