- conduct, via the external device and a hearing device, a first interactive virtual conversation with a user of the hearing device;
- and
- conduct, via the external device and a hearing device, a second interactive virtual conversation with the user, wherein the second interactive virtual conversation is conducted within increased listening or response complexity relative to the first virtual conversation.
A method, comprising:
- conducting, with a virtual telephone assistant, a plurality of virtual conversations with a user of a hearing device,
- wherein the plurality of virtual conversations are conducted within increasing listening or response complexity.
The method of claim 10, wherein conducting a plurality of virtual conversations with the user with increasing listening or response complexity comprises:
- conducting at least one virtual conversation with a first number of conversational turns;
- and
- subsequently conducting at least a second virtual conversation with a second number of conversational turns, wherein the second number of conversational turns is greater than the first number of conversational turns.
