An in-sensor multiply-and-accumulate (MAC) pixel sensor circuit assembly for employment in automotive, aerospace, medical, robotics, industrial, civilian, and military applications, among many other possibilities. The in-sensor multiply-and-accumulate pixel sensor circuit assembly, per an implementation, includes a multitude of transistors and a ferroelectric field-effect transistor (FeFET). Multidomain polarization states of the FeFET are leveraged in order to perform multiply-and-accumulate operations amid use of the in-sensor multiply-and-accumulate pixel sensor circuit assembly. Real-time edge computing, neuromorphic vision, and secure sensing are examples of applications in which the in-sensor multiply-and-accumulate pixel sensor circuit assembly is well suited.
