Abstract
An image processing apparatus displays a virtual space image on a display apparatus provided in a real space, and generates, for a reflection region where a specific reflection occurs on a subject in an image acquired by capturing an image of the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display, a reflection image corresponding to the reflection region based on a position of the reflection region, a position at which the image is captured, and the virtual space image.
Claims16
An image processing apparatus comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory which stores a program which, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the image processing apparatus to function as:
- a display control unit that displays a virtual space image on a display apparatus provided in a real space;
- and
- a generation unit that generates, for a reflection region where a specific reflection occurs on a subject in an image acquired by capturing an image of the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display apparatus, a reflection image corresponding to the reflection region based on a position of the reflection region, a position at which the image is captured, and the virtual space image.
An image processing method executed by an image processing apparatus comprising:
- displaying a virtual space image on a display apparatus provided in a real space;
- and
- generating, for a reflection region where a specific reflection occurs on a subject in an image acquired by capturing an image of the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display apparatus, a reflection image corresponding to the reflection region based on a position of the reflection region, a position at which the image is captured, and the virtual space image.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to function as an image processing apparatus comprising:
- a display control unit that displays a virtual space image on a display apparatus provided in a real space;
- and
- a generation unit that generates, for a reflection region where a specific reflection occurs on a subject in an image acquired by capturing an image of the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display apparatus, a reflection image corresponding to the reflection region based on a position of the reflection region, a position at which the image is captured, and the virtual space image.
A system including an image capture apparatus and a control apparatus,
- wherein the control apparatus comprises
- at least one processor, and
- at least one memory which stores a program which, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the control apparatus to function as:
- a display control unit that displays a virtual space image on a display apparatus provided in a real space;
- and
- a detection unit that detects a reflection region where a specific reflection occurs on a subject in an image acquired by capturing an image of the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display apparatus, and
- wherein the image capture apparatus comprises
- an imaging unit that captures the subject in the real space and the virtual space image displayed on the display apparatus,
- at least one processor, and
- at least one memory which stores a program which, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the image capture apparatus to function as:
- a generation unit that generates, for the reflection region in an image acquired by the imaging unit, a reflection image corresponding to the reflection region based on a position of the reflection region, a position at which the image is captured, and the virtual space image.
