Abstract
A medium discharging apparatus includes: a discharge roller pair configured to discharge a medium; a lever unit configured to come into contact with the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair; and a discharge tray configured to receive the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair, and the lever unit includes a stiffening lever configured to come into contact with the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair to stiffen the medium, and a suppression lever configured to come into contact with the medium at a position downstream of the stiffening lever in a direction in which the medium is discharged by the discharge roller pair to cause the medium to fall toward the discharge tray.
Claims7
A medium discharging apparatus comprising:
- a discharge roller pair configured to discharge a medium;
- a lever unit configured to come into contact with the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair;
- and
- a discharge tray configured to receive the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair,
- wherein the lever unit includes
- a stiffening lever configured to come into contact with the medium discharged by the discharge roller pair to stiffen the medium, and
- a suppression lever configured to come into contact with the medium at a position downstream of the stiffening lever in a direction in which the medium is discharged by the discharge roller pair to cause the medium to fall toward the discharge tray.
