Abstract
A voice call between a customer device and a first client device associated with a first user account of a communication services platform is established via the communication services platform. One or more other client devices associated with the first user account are identified based on an operational state associated with the one or more other client devices. Transfer information indicating the voice call is available for transfer to a second client device of the one or more other client devices is provided to the second client device.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- establishing, via a communication services platform, a voice call between a customer device and a first client device associated with a first user account of the communication services platform;
- identifying one or more other client devices associated with the first user account based on an operational state associated with the one or more other client devices;
- and
- providing, to a second client device of the one or more other client devices, transfer information indicating the voice call is available for transfer to the second client device.
A system, comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processing device, coupled to the memory, configured to perform operations comprising:
- establishing, via a communication services platform, a voice call between a customer device and a first client device associated with a first user account of the communication services platform;
- identifying one or more other client devices associated with the first user account based on an operational state associated with the one or more other client devices;
- and
- providing, to a second client device of the one or more other client devices, transfer information indicating the voice call is available for transfer to the second client device.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, responsive to execution by a processing device, cause the processing device to perform operations comprising:
- establishing, via a communication services platform, a voice call between a customer device and a first client device associated with a first user account of the communication services platform;
- identifying one or more other client devices associated with the first user account based on an operational state associated with the one or more other client devices;
- and
- providing, to a second client device of the one or more other client devices, transfer information indicating the voice call is available for transfer to the second client device.
