Method for communication in a communication network

A method for communication of a telephone service provider with a first employee and plurality of another employees of a company in a communication network having a data network and a telephone network, wherein at the same time a plurality of data connections of the employees in each case to the telephone service provider via the data network and via a data processing unit assigned to the respective employee and a plurality of telephone connections of the employees to users via the telephone network and the telephone service provider exist, wherein the first employee holds a telephone call to a first user via a first telephone connection, comprising the following steps:

• a) creating an audio recording of the first employee and/or the first user during the telephone call by a recording device connected to the data processing unit assigned to the first employee,
• b) analyzing the created audio recording of the first employee and/or the first user with regard to at least one call parameter and determining time-dependent data connection parameter values for the at least one call parameter with regard to the first employee and/or the first user,
• c) simultaneous analyzing the telephone call of the first employee with the first user transmitted via the telephone connection to the telephone service provider with regard to the at least one call parameter and determining time-dependent telephone connection parameter values relating to the at least one call parameter with respect to the first employee and/or the first user,
• d) simultaneous performing steps a) and b) for further data connections of another employees without assignment and/or step c) for further telephone connections of another employees with another users without assignment, so that time-dependent data connection parameter values relating to the at least one call parameter exist in each case for the plurality of these data connections and/or time-dependent telephone connection parameter values relating to the at least one call parameter exist in each case for the plurality of these telephone connections with respect to the respective employee and/or user,
• e) comparing the determined time-dependent telephone connection parameter values for the at least one call parameter of the telephone connection of the first employee and, if applicable, of the plurality of another telephone connection with the determined time-dependent data connection parameter values for the at least one call parameter of the telephone call of the first employee and, if applicable, the plurality of another data connection,
• f) assigning the telephone connection of the first employee and, if applicable, the telephone connections of another employees in each case to a data connection based on the results of the comparisons specified in step e).
