The disclosure provides a flexible display and a foldable electronic device. The foldable electronic device includes a housing, and a flexible display that includes a cover plate and a display layer that are stacked. The display layer includes a bending area and a non-bending area. The cover plate includes a flexible part and a rigid part. The flexible part corresponds to the bending area, the rigid part corresponds to the non-bending area, and the rigid part is fastened to the housing.

A foldable electronic device, comprising:
- a housing;
- and
- a flexible display, wherein the flexible display comprises a cover plate and a display layer that are stacked, the display layer comprises a bending area and a non-bending area, the cover plate comprises a flexible part and a rigid part, the flexible part corresponds to the bending area, the rigid part corresponds to the non-bending area, and the rigid part is fastened to the housing.
A flexible display, comprising:
- a cover plate and a display layer that are stacked, wherein the display layer comprises a bending area and a non-bending area, the cover plate comprises a flexible part and a rigid part, the flexible part corresponds to the bending area, and the rigid part corresponds to the non-bending area.
