A system comprising:

• circuitry configured to:
• acquire, via a communication interface operating over a packet-switched network, operation information relating to an apparatus, the operation information comprising at least one of a usage start time, a usage end time, energy consumption information, environmental information, abnormality identification information, warning information, and user operation history information, and store the operation information in a time-series data structure;
• preprocess the operation information by performing scaling and segmentation into fixed-length time windows to generate feature vectors, and execute an analysis process comprising a learning process on the feature vectors, the learning process comprising training an autoencoder neural network that compresses the feature vectors into a latent representation and reconstructs the feature vectors, and determining an operation state as an abnormal state when a reconstruction error exceeds a threshold determined from a distribution of reconstruction errors for normal operation data;
• construct a prompt sentence including measurement information contained in the operation information and an analysis result from the analysis process, transmit the prompt sentence to a generative AI model implemented as a transformer-based language model, receive response information from the generative AI model, and update at least one of configuration information for the analysis process and explanatory information on a basis of the response information;
• generate audio data from the explanatory information by executing a text-to-speech engine and transmit the audio data to a user terminal via the packet-switched network;
• acquire behavior detection information from another apparatus via the packet-switched network, generate operation change proposal information on a basis of the behavior detection information, transmit the operation change proposal information as audio data to the user terminal, receive a user response, and control an operation of at least one apparatus in accordance with the user response;
• and
• store processing history for each interaction and update at least one of a parameter of the analysis process and content of the prompt sentence on a basis of accumulated processing history.

A method performed by circuitry of a system, the method comprising:

• acquiring, via a communication interface coupled to a packet-switched network, operation information relating to an apparatus;
• executing an analysis process on the operation information to determine an operation state of the apparatus;
• generating explanatory information on a basis of a result of the analysis process;
• generating audio data from the explanatory information and transmitting the audio data to a user terminal via the packet-switched network;
• and
• acquiring state information from another apparatus via the packet-switched network and sharing the state information with the another apparatus.
