The data processing apparatus includes a sending circuit and a receiving circuit; the sending circuit includes n parallel physical sending channels, the receiving circuit includes n parallel physical receiving channels, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 2; the physical sending channels are configured to receive data from an upper layer, and send the received data based on a first clock and a second clock; and the physical receiving channels are configured to receive the data sent by the physical sending channels based on a third clock and a fourth clock, and cache the received data.
