Dynamic code block bundle interleaving

A wireless device, comprising:

• one or more memories storing processor-executable code;
• and
• one or more processors coupled with the one or more memories and individually or collectively operable to execute the code to cause the wireless device to:
• participate in communication of one or more communication parameters associated with a transmission of a transport block comprising a plurality of code blocks, wherein the one or more communication parameters are indicative of a first quantity of resource elements included in an symbol allocated for the transmission of the transport block;
• determine a quantity of code blocks for a set of code blocks included in the plurality of code blocks using the first quantity of resource elements in the symbol and a second quantity of resource elements per code block of the plurality of code blocks;
• receive, using at least a portion of the first quantity of resource elements of the symbol, the set of code blocks, wherein resource elements included in a first code block in the set of code blocks are interleaved with resource elements included in one or more additional code blocks in the set of code blocks;
• and
• decode each code block of the set of code blocks in accordance with the resource elements included in the first code block being interleaved with resource elements included in the one or more additional code blocks.

A method for wireless communications at a wireless device, comprising:

• participating in communication of one or more communication parameters associated with a transmission of a transport block comprising a plurality of code blocks, wherein the one or more communication parameters are indicative of a first quantity of resource elements included in a symbol allocated for the transmission of the transport block;
• determining a quantity of code blocks for a set of code blocks included in the plurality of code blocks using the first quantity of resource elements in the symbol and a second quantity of resource elements per code block of the plurality of code blocks;
• encoding, within at least a portion of the first quantity of resource elements of the symbol, resource elements included in code blocks in the set of code blocks, wherein resource elements included in a first code block in the set of code blocks are interleaved with resource elements included in one or more additional code blocks in the set of code blocks;
• and
• transmitting the interleaved resource elements of the quantity of code blocks using at least the portion of the first quantity of resource elements of the symbol.
