Data transmission method and related apparatus

A data transmission method, comprising:

• receiving, by a data transmission apparatus, a super-frame comprising a plurality of sub-frames, wherein each sub-frame comprises training symbols and pilot symbols, in a polarization direction, a quantity of training symbols in the sub-frame is NTS, a quantity of pilot symbols in the sub-frame is NPS, both N-s and NPS are integers greater than 1, NTS+NPS is an odd number greater than or equal to 5, one symbol in the sub-frame serves as both a training symbol and a pilot symbol, each training symbol and each pilot symbol are one of four complex numbers:
• −A−Aj, −A+Aj, A−Aj, and A+Aj, A is a real number, and every 96 or 128 consecutive symbols in the sub-frame comprise a pilot symbol located at a fixed position;
• and
• decoding, by the data transmission apparatus, the super-frame.

A data transmission apparatus at a transmitting side, comprising:

• a processor, and
• a transceiver,
• wherein the processor is configured to:
• obtain a super-frame comprising a plurality of sub-frames, wherein each sub-frame comprises training symbols and pilot symbols, in a polarization direction, a quantity of training symbols in the sub-frame is NTS, a quantity of pilot symbols in the sub-frame is NPS, both NTS and NPS are integers greater than 1, NTS+NPS is an odd number greater than or equal to 5, one symbol in the sub-frame serves as both a training symbol and a pilot symbol, each training symbol and each pilot symbol are one of four complex numbers:
• −A−Aj, −A+Aj, A−Aj, and A+Aj, A is a real number, and every 96 or 128 consecutive symbols in the sub-frame comprise a pilot symbol located at a fixed position;
• and
• the transceiver is configured to send the super-frame.

A data transmission apparatus at a receiving side, comprising:

• a transceiver;
• and
• a processor, wherein the transceiver is configured to receive a super-frame comprising a plurality of sub-frames, wherein each sub-frame comprises training symbols and pilot symbols, in a polarization direction, a quantity of training symbols in the sub-frame is NTS, a quantity of pilot symbols in the sub-frame is NPS, both NTS and NPS are integers greater than 1, NTS+NPS is an odd number greater than or equal to 5, one symbol in the sub-frame serves as both a training symbol and a pilot symbol, each training symbol and each pilot symbol are one of four complex numbers:
• −A−Aj, −A+Aj, A−Aj, and A+Aj, A is a real number, and every 96 or 128 consecutive symbols in the sub-frame comprise a pilot symbol located at a fixed position;
• and
• the processor is configured to decode the super-frame.
