Provided are an antenna panel indication method and device. The method comprises: receiving antenna panel indication information sent by a terminal; determining, according to the antenna panel indication information, correspondence between the terminal signal transmission and the antenna panel, the present invention can solve the problem in the related art of realizing simultaneous transmission of signals of a plurality of antenna panels, and a base station determines a correspondence between terminal signal transmission and an antenna panel by receiving antenna panel indication information reported by a terminal, the base station thus knows when and which signals or channels can be scheduled for the terminals to transmit simultaneously on multiple antenna panels, in this way, signal transmission may be scheduled concurrently for the terminals on the plurality of antenna panels.
