Multi-way power amplification architecture, radio frequency generation device, and communication system

A radio frequency generation device, comprising:

• a multi-way power amplification architecture and a radio frequency generation circuit configured to output a radio frequency signal to the multi-way power amplification architecture, and the multi-way power amplification architecture is configured to perform power-combining amplification according to the radio frequency signal,
• wherein the multi-way power amplification architecture comprises a first main amplification circuit, a second main amplification circuit, a first auxiliary amplification circuit, a second auxiliary amplification circuit, and a first inter-frequency power division circuit, wherein the first inter-frequency power division circuit comprises at least one microstrip line, and an output port of the first main amplification circuit, an output port of the second main amplification circuit, an output port of the first auxiliary amplification circuit, and an output port of the second auxiliary amplification circuit are separately coupled to the first inter-frequency power division circuit;
• the output port of the first main amplification circuit is configured to output a first radio frequency signal, the output port of the second main amplification circuit is configured to output a second radio frequency signal, the first radio frequency signal and the second radio frequency signal have different frequencies, the output port of the first auxiliary amplification circuit and the output port of the second auxiliary amplification circuit are configured to output a radio frequency frequency-combined signal comprising at least one of the first radio frequency signal or the second radio frequency signal;
• and
• a first output port of the first inter-frequency power division circuit configured to assist in implementing power combination of the first radio frequency signal, and a second output port of the first inter-frequency power division circuit configured to assist in implementing power combination of the second radio frequency signal.

A communication system, comprising:

• a radio frequency generation device;
• and
• a baseband processing device configured to output a baseband signal to the radio frequency generation device,
• wherein the radio frequency generation device is configured to obtain a radio frequency signal based on the baseband signal, and perform power-combining amplification on the radio frequency signal,
• wherein the radio frequency generation device comprises a multi-way power amplification architecture and a radio frequency generation circuit configured to output a radio frequency signal to the multi-way power amplification architecture, and the multi-way power amplification architecture is configured to perform power-combining amplification according to the radio frequency signal,
• wherein the multi-way power amplification architecture comprises a first main amplification circuit, a second main amplification circuit, a first auxiliary amplification circuit, a second auxiliary amplification circuit, and a first inter-frequency power division circuit, wherein the first inter-frequency power division circuit comprises at least one microstrip line, and an output port of the first main amplification circuit, an output port of the second main amplification circuit, an output port of the first auxiliary amplification circuit, and an output port of the second auxiliary amplification circuit are separately coupled to the first inter-frequency power division circuit;
• the output port of the first main amplification circuit configured to output a first radio frequency signal, the output port of the second main amplification circuit configured to output a second radio frequency signal, the first radio frequency signal and the second radio frequency signal have different frequencies, the output port of the first auxiliary amplification circuit and the output port of the second auxiliary amplification circuit are configured to output a radio frequency frequency-combined signal, and comprising the first radio frequency signal and/or the second radio frequency signal;
• and
• a first output port of the first inter-frequency power division circuit is configured to assist in implementing power combination of the first radio frequency signal, and a second output port of the first inter-frequency power division circuit is configured to assist in implementing power combination of the second radio frequency signal.
