Stacked amplifier with linearization scheme

Wireless transmission circuitry comprising:

• a first amplifier stage configured to receive a bias signal and an input signal, the first amplifier stage configured to generate an output signal based on the bias signal and the input signal;
• a second amplifier stage coupled to the first amplifier stage, the second amplifier stage configured to receive the bias signal and the output signal, and generate an amplified signal based on the bias signal and the output signal;
• and
• a transconductance amplifier coupled to the first amplifier stage and the second amplifier stage, the transconductance amplifier having
• a first input terminal coupled to a controlled voltage source,
• a second input terminal, and
• an output terminal coupled to the first switching device, the second switching device, and the second input terminal, the transconductance amplifier configured to provide an impedance based on a frequency of a signal received at the second input terminal.

An amplifier comprising:

• a first switching device coupled to an amplifier input terminal of the amplifier;
• a second switching device coupled to the first switching device and an amplifier output terminal of the amplifier;
• and
• a transconductance amplifier coupled to the first switching device and the second switching device, the transconductance amplifier configured to
• provide an impedance less than an impedance threshold based on signals with a frequency greater than a frequency threshold, and
• provide an impedance greater than or equal to the impedance threshold based on signals with a frequency equal to or less than the frequency threshold.
