- a housing having a first side configured to receive incident light and an opposing second side;
- a solar panel supported by the housing, the solar panel comprising at least one solar cell layer configured to convert a first portion of the incident light to electricity, wherein the solar panel is at least partially transparent such that a second portion of the incident light passes through the solar panel;
- a first reflector positioned at or proximate the first side of the housing, the first reflector configured to permit the incident light to pass therethrough into an interior of the housing and to reflect light from within the interior back into the interior;
- a second reflector positioned at or proximate the second side of the housing, the second reflector configured to reflect the second portion of the incident light back at the solar panel;
