Abstract

In a geared motor including a motor, and a rotating body that rotates by receiving power from the motor, the geared motor includes: a geared motor body; a board; and a board accommodation member that accommodates at least a part of the board. The board accommodation member is attachable to and detachable from the geared motor body in an accommodated state where at least a part of the board is accommodated, and is shiftable between an attached state where the board accommodation member is attached to the geared motor body and a detached state where the board accommodation member is detached from the geared motor body. When shifting to the attached state or the detached state is performed, one of the board accommodation member and the geared motor body is slid relative to the other with the board accommodation member staying in the accommodated state and the geared motor body engaged with each other.
