Abstract
Please replace the abstract in the specification as filed with the below paragraph as follows: A motor is provided with: an inner core and an outer core formed to be relatively rotatable with respect to each other about a common rotating shaft; magnets provided in the inner core; and windings wound around the outer core. The inner core includes a plurality of magnetic material portions made of a plurality of magnetic materials having magnetic characteristics different from each other, respectively, in a cross section perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
Claims21
A rotating electrical machine comprising:
- a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core formed to be relatively rotatable with respect to each other about a common rotating shaft;
- a plurality of magnets provided in the first magnetic core;
- and
- a plurality of windings wound around the second magnetic core,
- wherein at least one of the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core includes a plurality of magnetic material portions made of a plurality of magnetic materials having magnetic characteristics different from each other, respectively, in a cross section perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
A method of manufacturing a rotating electrical machine, including:
- forming a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to each other about a common rotating shaft;
- providing a plurality of magnets in the first magnetic core;
- and
- winding a plurality of windings around the second magnetic core,
- wherein the forming the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core includes stacking a plurality of magnetic sheets in a direction of the rotating shaft, and
- wherein at least one of the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core includes a plurality of magnetic material portions made of a plurality of magnetic materials having magnetic characteristics different from each other, respectively, in a cross section perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
A method of manufacturing a rotating electrical machine, including:
- forming a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to each other about a common rotating shaft;
- providing a plurality of magnets in the first magnetic core;
- and
- winding a plurality of windings around the second magnetic core,
- wherein the forming the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core includes forming the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core by additive manufacturing, and
- wherein at least one of the first magnetic core and the second magnetic core includes a plurality of magnetic material portions made of a plurality of magnetic materials having magnetic characteristics different from each other, respectively, in a cross section perpendicular to the rotating shaft.
