A crossarm assembly includes: a fitting assembly; a first insulator having an end connected to the fitting assembly; a second insulator having an end connected to the fitting assembly, the second insulator being located below the first insulator; a first hinged member connected to another end of the first insulator, the first hinged member being configured to connect a tower body of a power transmission tower, and the first insulator being rotatable relative to the tower body of the power transmission tower; and a second hinged member connected to another end of the second insulator, the second hinged member being configured to connect the tower body of the power transmission tower, and the second insulator being rotatable relative to the tower body of the power transmission tower.
