Light-emitting device and projection apparatus

A light-emitting device, comprising:

• a plurality of light-emitting chips, arranged in an array along a first direction and a second direction, the plurality of light-emitting chips being configured to emit laser beams in the first direction;
• and
• a collimating lens, disposed on laser-exit sides of the plurality of light-emitting chips, the collimating lens being configured to collimate the incident laser beams and including:
• a first collimating portion, the first collimating portion being a surface of the collimating lens facing the plurality of light-emitting chips, the first collimating portion being configured to:
• collimate an incident laser beam in a third direction and reduce a divergence angle of the incident laser beam in the second direction, such that a divergence angle of a laser beam exiting from the first collimating portion in the third direction is reduced to 0°, a divergence angle of the laser beam exiting from the first collimating portion in the second direction is reduced, and the divergence angle of the laser beam exiting from the first collimating portion in the second direction is greater than 0°;
• wherein a divergence angle of the laser beam incident on the first collimating portion in the third direction is greater than a divergence angle of the laser beam incident on the first collimating portion in the second direction, the second direction is parallel to a slow axis direction of the laser beam incident on the first collimating portion, the third direction is parallel to a fast axis direction of the laser beam incident on the first collimating portion, the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other;
• and
• a second collimating portion, the second collimating portion being a surface of the collimating lens away from the plurality of light-emitting chips, the second collimating portion and the first collimating portion being arranged at an interval, and the second collimating portion being configured to:
• collimate an incident laser beam in the second direction, such that a divergence angle of a laser beam exiting from the second collimating portion in the third direction remains unchanged, and a divergence angle of the laser beam exiting from the second collimating portion in the second direction is reduced to 0°;
• wherein a change amount between a divergence angle of the laser beam incident on the second collimating portion in the second direction and the divergence angle of the laser beam exiting from the second collimating portion in the second direction is greater than a change amount between the divergence angle of the laser beam incident on the first collimating portion in the second direction and the divergence angle of the laser beam exiting from the first collimating portion in the second direction;
• and
• the first collimating portion includes a first collimating sub-portion, and the first collimating sub-portion extends along the second direction;
• and the second collimating portion includes a plurality of second collimating sub-portions;
• the plurality of second collimating sub-portions are arranged along the second direction, each of the plurality of second collimating sub-portions extends along the third direction.

A light-emitting device, comprising:

• a plurality of light-emitting chips, configured to emit laser beams;
• and
• a collimating lens, located on laser-exit sides of the plurality of light-emitting chips, the collimating lens being configured to receive the laser beams from the plurality of light-emitting chips and collimate the incident laser beams, and the collimating lens including:
• a first region, configured to collimate a laser beam incident on the first region;
• a second region, located on at least one side of the first region in at least one of a first direction or a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction each are perpendicular to a thickness direction of the collimating lens;
• and
• a beam path adjusting component, located in the second region and configured to adjust a beam path of a laser beam incident on the second region, such that the adjusted laser beam is incident on the first region.
