An antenna module for a vehicle. The antenna module can include a printed circuit board (PCB) including electronic components, a heat sink disposed on a front surface or a rear surface of the PCB to absorb heat generated from at least one of the electronic components, a heat dissipation structure disposed above the PCB and configured to dissipate heat generated from the at least one of the electronic components, a bottom cover disposed below the PCB, the bottom cover being a metal plate, a top cover fastened to the bottom cover to define an inner space accommodating the heat sink, and the PCB, and an antenna element comprising a metal pattern and configured to radiate a radio signal through the top cover.
