The isolation member includes a metal layer.

A battery cell, characterized by comprising:
- a housing, having an inner cavity, wherein the housing comprises a first wall;
- a cell assembly, disposed in the inner cavity;
- and
- an isolation member, disposed between the first wall and the cell assembly, wherein the isolation member abuts against both the first wall and the cell assembly, and the isolation member comprises a metal layer.
