Abstract
A conductive module includes a bus bar, a housing member provided with a bus bar housing chamber that houses the bus bar inserted from a bus bar insertion port at a housing completion position, and a cover member provided with a bus bar cover portion that closes the bus bar insertion port and covers the bus bar, in which the bus bar housing chamber is provided with a bus bar placement portion on which the bus bar at the housing completion position is placed at a location avoiding a connection position between the bus bar and an electrode terminal of a battery cell and on the battery cell side relative to the bus bar insertion port.
Claims6
A conductive module comprising:
- a bus bar physically and electrically connected to an electrode terminal of one or a pair of battery cells in a battery module having a plurality of the battery cells arranged therein in a row;
- a housing member provided with a bus bar housing chamber configured to house the bus bar inserted from a bus bar insertion port at a housing completion position;
- and
- a cover member provided with a bus bar cover portion configured to close the bus bar insertion port and to cover the bus bar, wherein
- the bus bar housing chamber is provided with a bus bar placement portion and a plurality of positioning pins, the bus bar placement portion being configured for the bus bar at the housing completion position to be placed at a location avoiding a connection position between the bus bar and the electrode terminal and on the battery cell side relative to the bus bar insertion port, the positioning pins protruding from the battery cell side toward the bus bar insertion port at the location avoiding the connection position,
- the bus bar has a positioning hole formed therein and provided for each of the positioning pins, the positioning hole being configured for the positioning pin to be inserted thereinto at the housing completion position, and
- the cover member is provided with a bus bar pressing portion placed on the bus bar at the housing completion position, the bus bar pressing portion and the bus bar placement portion sandwiching the bus bar therebetween.
