Abstract
A battery cell thickness measuring device including a pressurizing roller configured to be installed at a first fixed position on a transfer part, configured for contacting a battery cell when the battery cell during transfer passes the first fixed position, and pressurizing the battery cell in a thickness direction of the battery cell, a pressure-sensing film wound around the pressurizing roller and configured to measure the pressure received on the battery cell as the pressurizing roller pressurizes the battery cell, and a control part configured to calculate the thickness of the battery cell based on the pressure measured by the pressure-sensing film is provided.
Claims15
A battery cell thickness measuring device comprising:
- a pressurizing roller configured to be installed at a first fixed position over a transfer part, configured for contacting a battery cell when the battery cell, during transfer, passes the first fixed position, and pressurizing the battery cell in a thickness direction of the battery cell;
- a pressure-sensing film wound around the pressurizing roller and configured to measure the pressure on the battery cell as the pressurizing roller pressurizes the battery cell;
- and
- a control part configured to calculate the thickness of the battery cell based on the pressure measured by the pressure-sensing film.
