Abstract
A secondary battery manufacturing method includes: a filling process of filling an electrolyte into a battery case; an insertion process of inserting an electrode assembly into an inside of the battery case; and a degassing process of connecting an adapter to the electrode assembly, transmitting excitation of the adapter to the electrode assembly, and exciting the electrolyte via the electrode assembly to remove gases. A secondary battery manufacturing device is also provided herein. The secondary battery manufacturing method and the secondary battery manufacturing device are capable of effectively performing impregnation property improvement for an electrolyte, and degassing.
Claims18
A secondary battery manufacturing method, comprising:
- a filling process of filling an electrolyte into a battery case;
- an insertion process of inserting an electrode assembly into an inside of the battery case;
- and
- a degassing process of connecting an adapter to the electrode assembly, transmitting excitation of the adapter to the electrode assembly, and exciting the electrolyte via the electrode assembly to remove gases.
A secondary battery manufacturing method, comprising:
- a filling process of filling an electrolyte into a battery case;
- an insertion process of inserting an electrode assembly into an inside of the battery case;
- and
- an impregnation process of connecting an adapter to the electrode assembly, transmitting a motion of the adapter to the electrode assembly, and stirring the electrolyte via the electrode assembly to improve impregnation properties of the electrolyte for the electrode assembly.
