Abstract
Systems/techniques are provided for facilitating rapid mass analyzer calibration via initial time and phase prediction. In various embodiments, a system can access a mass analyzer. In various aspects, the system can calibrate the mass analyzer, based on predicting an initial time and an initial phase of the mass analyzer via at least one fitted model. In various instances, the system can predict the initial time and the initial phase based on feeding a current operational parameter configuration of the mass analyzer as input to the at least one fitted model.
Claims20
A system, comprising:
- a processor that executes computer-executable components stored in a non-transitory computer-readable memory, wherein the computer-executable components comprise:
- an access component that accesses a mass analyzer;
- and
- a calibration component that calibrates the mass analyzer, based on predicting an initial time and an initial phase of the mass analyzer via at least one fitted model.
A computer-implemented method, comprising:
- accessing, by a device operatively coupled to a processor, a mass analyzer;
- and
- calibrating, by the device, the mass analyzer, based on predicting an initial time and an initial phase of the mass analyzer via at least one fitted model.
A computer program product for facilitating rapid mass analyzer calibration via initial time and phase prediction, the computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable memory having program instructions embodied therewith, the program instructions executable by a processor to cause the processor to:
- access a mass analyzer;
- and
- calibrate the mass analyzer, based on predicting an initial time and an initial phase of the mass analyzer via at least one fitted model.
